A customer may arrive with a finished formula and packaging design. Another may have only a product category, target price and a few reference samples. Both projects can lead to a finished order, but the work between the first conversation and mass production is quite different.

Flexible cooperation for OEM, ODM and private label

OEM projects normally begin with requirements that are already well defined. The customer provides the formula or product specification, packaging files and quality requirements. Our work centers on reviewing those details, confirming production compatibility and preparing the order for manufacture.

ODM projects start earlier in the development cycle. Product positioning, formula direction, fragrance, color, concentration, texture and cost expectations may still be open for discussion. Samples are used to narrow the options before the product and packaging are finalized.

Private-label projects often use a mature product direction and put more emphasis on pack size, label design and market presentation. Adjustments may still be possible, depending on the product and the level of customization required. Customers can also discuss bulk supply or regional cooperation with our team. How an OEM/ODM project moves through JIFU

1. Project brief and requirement review

The first discussion is more useful when it includes a target market, product category, preferred size, expected quantity and initial packaging idea. If the customer already has a formula, benchmark product or artwork, we review those materials at the same time. We also clarify which decisions have already been made and which ones still need support.

2. Formula route and sample development

The next step depends on the brief. A suitable established formula may be selected, or a customized route may be discussed. For development work, the team prepares samples around the agreed direction. Fragrance, color, concentration, texture and use performance can then be reviewed with the customer.

3. Sample review and product confirmation

Samples turn a written brief into something both sides can evaluate. Comments are recorded against specific points rather than broad descriptions: Is the fragrance strength right? Does the liquid have the expected appearance and feel? Is the concentration suitable for the intended use? If changes are needed, another sample round can be arranged before the product is confirmed.

4. Packaging and artwork check

The bottle cannot be treated separately from the liquid. Bottle size, cap or pump, label area, carton quantity and filling compatibility all affect production. We coordinate these points before volume packaging is prepared. The customer confirms the artwork and market-facing copy; production information and packaging details are checked as part of project preparation.

5. Production planning and liquid preparation

After the product, packaging and order details are confirmed, the project moves into production planning. Raw materials are prepared according to the production requirements, followed by liquid manufacturing in the appropriate equipment. 6. Filling, packing and in-process checks

The finished liquid moves to filling and packaging according to the confirmed specification. The production team monitors the relevant steps while bottles move through the line. Packing arrangements follow the approved bottle, closure, label and carton configuration.

7. Quality checks, warehousing and delivery preparation

Quality checks continue through production and finished-product review. Once an order is completed and cleared for the next stage, cartons are moved into warehousing and prepared for the agreed delivery arrangement. Product documentation and repeat-order requirements can then be handled with the customer.

You do not need a finished technical file to start a conversation. A short brief with the following information is usually enough for an initial review:

• Product category and intended use

• Target country or sales market

• Preferred bottle size and packaging style

• Estimated order quantity

• Reference formula, product or artwork, if available
